Nij Bosma Zathe is an experimental farm for research and knowledge transfer in dairy farming for the three northern provinces of the Netherlands. The farm has approximately 200 milking cows, 130 young animals and more than 170 hectares of land available for this purpose.
Nij Bosma Zathe is part of Dairy Valley, the dairy farming expertise network for the northern region of Netherlands. This is an initiative of Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, PTC+, LTO Noord and the experimental farm Nij Bosma Zathe of Wageningen UR Livestock Research.
