Cooperation

The knowledge developed by Wageningen UR Livestock Research contributes to a sustainable and profitable livestock sector. Our institute converts this knowledge into practice-oriented solutions and innovations. Close cooperation with stakeholders and clients is crucial to this process.

With the Livestock Approach Wageningen UR Livestock Research shows that its innovative strength lies in integral solutions involving a combination of expertise, process design, networks and application in practice. Based on our spheres of activity and themes, we create partnerships, consortia and other frameworks of cooperation to solve problems.

ACRRES is the national applied research centre for sustainable energy and bio-based resources; it is located in Lelystad. In cooperation with businesses, public bodies, government agencies and educational institutions, ACRRES aims to develop sustainable energy based on solar, wind and biomass resources. In addition, the centre aims to realise applications to maximally utilise bio-based resources and to close resource cycles. The complex world of energy must become accessible for everyone. Eneco is a strategic partner in ACRRES.
