• Echt Overijssel.
  Echt Overijssel! promotes cooperation between agriculture, nature management and their chain partners, ranging from suppliers to the catering sector and recreation. The project strives for a  great abundance of plant and animal species on and near agricultural lands, closed regional resource cycles, and new types of economic support for the rural area. The project runs through 2012 The financiers are the province of Overijssel, the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment and the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality. Project implementation is conducted by Wageningen UR Livestock Research, the Dutch Association for the Conservation of Natural Monuments and Stichting Dianthus.
• Loose housing barns for a sustainable livestock sector.
• Koeien en Kansen.
  The project Koeien & Kansen is framework of cooperation involving 16 dairy farmers, the experimental farm De Marke, Wageningen UR and advisory services. At the request of the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality and the Dutch Dairy Board, the project specifies the environmental, technical and economic consequences of implementing future environmental policy. This enables researchers to evaluate legislation, study proposals for improving the legislation and inform the sector about cost-effective farm adaptations.
